We had a wonderful experience with Elias and Cicar Turismo. The communication was great via WhatsApp and every transport was on time. We used Cicar for 4 airport transfers, a half day trip in Santiago, and a day trip to Valpraiso. The driver Elias and the guides were all excellent. The van was spacious for our family of 4 and AC worked great. They are both excellent! On Feb 1, 2026 , Juan picked up our party of 6 adults at San Antonio port after our cruise, exactly at our agreed upon time, and drove us to our Santiago hotel. During our drive, Juan told us all about Chile’s customs, education, crops, natural resources. The following day, Juan led us on a great 3+ hour walking tour of central Santiago, then drove us to the airport. Juan, a native of Santiago, is very personable, professional, cares about his clients wishes, speaks excellent English. We all thoroughly enjoyed getting to know him and seeing his city through his eyes. Mauricio is great to work with. He promptly answered each of my emails within hours throughout the 6 months we corresponded before our cruise. He speaks excellent English, has very reasonable prices, and was always willing to accommodate our needs. He suggested other interesting tours we would have loved to have taken had we had more time in Chile. He was helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend CICAR. The are punctual and reasonably priced. It took all the guess work out of trying to navigate airport transportation in a foreign country after flying all night and being tired. We booked them for our return trip to the airport as well.
